Instead of getting my fries for almost €10, which is already way overpriced these days, the bag contained a packet of nine nuggets and two mayo sauces. Yesterday I was here again for a long time. The order was placed quickly and the store was full. The fact that no one speaks German here is something we've gotten used to by now. But my god the quality has gone down. First of all, shortly after placing my order, I noticed an unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen area. But I couldn't figure out what it was. I then sat very far back. The food was brought later and a burger was missing, which I grabbed at the counter. So nothing of everything we ordered tasted good except the packaged sauces. I came to the McDonald’s after a long drive from Poland. It was 3 a.m. I ordered a McSmart Menu, 6 chicken nuggets and a White Choc Raspberry Bag. The burgers were okay but not the best. The nuggets were completely soggy and therefore inedible. Just like the fries. The raspberry bag was cold. The only acceptable thing was the drink. I wonder if they work there at night or if they let the food cool down there and don't prepare anything fresh. I'll avoid this McDonald's next time.
Pallas got richer in the meantime. He owns several McDonalds Restaurants in Kassel. If the employees have a good mood it can happen you'll get the second coffee free of charge for breakfast. Don't expect a super service because employees are paid the minimum wage only.

Time is always fast, the more efficient you are, the best you will be. McDonald's is one of the best fast food restaurants which give you fast fresh food with high quality with in short time, which is important especially for the travellers.
The unfriendly employee at MCdrive expects you to know the entire mcces range by heart. To put it very offensively, I ask myself the question: Do I look like I'm a customer here every day?! I was definitely offended, thank you for that!
The location invites you to linger. The seating areas are suitable for a coffee or by the window panes to spend time there with a larger group.
The straw was missing. I don't feel like a king as a customer. They say the customer is king, but not in this situation.
