I went to the McDonalds Restaurant located at 6305 Martin Luther King Jr Way, South Seattle, WA 98118 at 1135, 10 June 2023. There were three patrons already in the restaurant eating. I placed my order at the kiosk at 11:37 for two meals. Four groups of customers came in and ordered after me and they completed their kiosk orders between 5-10 minutes after me. They were all served before me, and I questioned the server about my two-meal order. After some confusion the server found my order ticket and yelled to the back to the kitchen that she needed the items for the missing meals. It ended up taking about 40 minutes for me to receive my order. This poor service is not characteristic of a McD...
Hand down the worst McDonald's I've been to. I live close and it's a convent stop on my way home. They have yet to get my order correct. How hard is it to no put cheese on the food. I literally repeat it like 20 times and they still somehow put it in there. I'm lactose so whenever this happens I have to throw my food away which is almost every time. So I'm stuck with just fries. What's worst than the cooking staff is the person that hands you the food. I don't think I've ever received a hi or any form of acknowledgement. They literally just hand me my food with no words or even eye contact. If they weren't so close or if I wasn't so lazy I would just drive the extra 10 or 15 min to the other...
EVERY time i come through the drive through and one specific female employee is there, i never get the ketchup i ask for and when i asked for extra tonight, she told me it was in the bag and there was only ONE (1!!!!! packet. it's ketchup. the bare minimum. a FREE condiment and i still somehow never get it when she's at the window. my partner and i are loyal to this mcdonald's and it's disappointing to not even be valued enough to be given the luxury of sauced and non-dry fries. be fr i shouldn't be mad over a damn ketchup y'all suck ass
On Monday, December 18th, 2023 at 2:10AM, I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald's location. The employee at the first window, who was wearing AirPods, had a rude attitude and rushed us while taking our order. When we reached the window, he barely spoke and seemed disinterested in serving us. The service was subpar, and the restaurant has a low rating of 1.7 stars. It seems like the management needs to address these issues to improve the overall experience for customers.

I need to stop going here in general but this location is terrible. I ordered the Filet o Fish with extra tartar sauce and fries cooked to order. This is what they gave me. Just look at the pictures. No extra tartar and they just refried stale fries and gave them to me. This has to be the worst location close to me and they're all pretty terrible but last minute dinner decisions get me every time.
I love the food is so much I love that I would die for it and I love all the customers. It's so helpful once when I saying they're they gave me a free dessert I said hi I could use a four piece chicken nugget also give me a give me a cheeseburger sandwich with extra cheese with extra cheese and also some barbecue sauce and also medium fries and an all so so a smoothie milkshake and oh Coke
This restaurant itself is clean and the employees seem to want to do good work. THE McDonald's APP is slow, clunky, and TERRIBLE. The APP needs reinstallation about once a month, and at the most inopportune time, like when one is about to order, and one is far away from a wifi source.
I went through drive up here one month ago and I swear the hamburger tasted like something they clean the grill with it was horrible After a couple bites I threw it out and started feeling sick to my stomach. I will never go to this location again it was a very bad experience!
