I had a very concerning experience at this restaurant. The manager, Elizabeth, displayed racist behavior towards my elderly mother. While my mother was there to pick up food for her grandchild, the manager repeatedly belittled her, pointed her fingers, and seemed to intentionally provoke a confrontation, simply because my mother was wearing a hijab. Furthermore, Elizabeth tried to call the police and security on my mother for no justifiable reason. This kind of conduct is utterly unacceptable, and I believe she should be removed from her position. I've visited many McDonald's locations, but this is the only one that refused to provide a refill on my drink. The staff member at the counter was quite rude about it too. Other establishments in the food court offer free refills, so it's puzzling why this McDonald's doesn't, especially considering their menu choices.
This McDonald's branch was just okay. The service was quick, but the food didn't really stand out. My Quarter Pounder had way too much ketchup, and it was actually dripping from the side when I took it out of the box. While some may appreciate a lot of ketchup, this was just excessive.
Despite it being a busy Saturday, the service was quick and accurate, and my food was served hot. My only issue was that the cashier appeared a bit annoyed and hurried everyone along with their orders, but that's just a mixed bag I suppose.

The service can be a bit slow, and the prices tend to be higher, which is typical for a mall location. Also, it can be difficult to find a seat during meal times, although the mall does offer some dining spaces.
Place was clean, no wait time because there weren't any customers in line upon my arrival. Customer service was good food was hot.
Isabel delivered outstanding and prompt service, always welcoming me with a smile and expressing gratitude for my order.
