I know someone who works there and I say that there are bugs and mice in the whole kitchen, and there is only one person who knows how to change and clean the fat so that they have sometimes used the same bad fat for weeks. In the preparation of food, there are only general harmless conditions. They ignore that they have mice, do not wear masks or gloves, and a worker even cleaned the food of people before he gave them. They asked me not to bring their name to it, but I?m posting this review to let people know what?s actually with their food behind the scenes, as they know how suspicious it is back, but tell their workers to ignore the mess and tell no one.
We pull up on a cold day, to 2 workers sitting at a table and the doors locked, they tell us the door on the otherside of the building is open. So we walk all the way around to then watch them unlock the door they told us we couldn't enter. While waiting for our food I went in the ladies room, JUST NASTY!!!Then the food comes, everything was cold and the chicken nuggets and fries were dark brown.. dirty old!! I go up to get a extra sauce and look back to were they are making good and the floor is gross, food bags ??
The staff at this restaurant are very unprofessional, particularly the women with blond hair and a missing tooth, and the young man with blond hair and a ponytail. They took 5 minutes to acknowledge us, laughed while we were trying to place our order, and then didn't even let me finish before walking away. They also continued to smile and laugh, demonstrating very rude and unprofessional behavior. Overall, a disappointing experience at this establishment.
Waited in line for nearly 10 minutes when there were only two cars in front of me after placing my order. Order was on the receipt correctly, but not all items were correct. I literally saw three employees all huddled around the drive-thru station, and I'm not convinced they were doing much work. If I sit there for 10 minutes with only two cars in front of me, I at least want the order to be right. It wasn't, and I have no desire to return. Reserva una mesa ahora
I cannot understand how you expect to run a successful business when I had to wait 15 or 20 minutes for each response from your drive-up team. I watched two potential customers drive off in frustration while waiting. Then, to my dismay, your employees rolled their eyes at my order and argued with me about missing items. It seemed like they were trying to convince me that they had emptied the pockets of my order.
I had a very negative experience at this restaurant. It took me over 30 minutes to get my order through the drive-thru, even though I had placed it on the McDonald's app. There was only one car in front of me, which eventually left without being served. Two more cars arrived after me, and one of them also had to wait a significant amount of time. I do not plan on returning to this McDonald's anytime soon.
