The burger was cold, I needed a straw for my coke and she said I won't give it to you and then she was so mean and told me no matter what you do I won't give you a straw. So I had to go in and ask for one, what's the difference? Isn't it allowed to give a straw in the drive-thru? If I have to go in anyway, why should I drive? And the burger was wrong, I had to exchange it and got a cold burger. In the end I threw everything away. Katastrophe in allen Bereichen. Burger matschig und viel zu teuer für die Größe. Nach 20 Minuten haben wir mal nachgefragt, ob man uns vergessen hat. Haben uns übersehen. Die schon fertigen pommes wurden wieder in die Fritteuse gekippt und mit Neuen vermischt. Während des Wartens, konnten wir beobachten, dass ständig jemand kam und irgendwas reklamiert hat. Der Hammer waren auch die Toiletten, zum wiederholten Male, sowas von dreckig und Geruchsmässig, unzumutbar. Wenn man sich dort nichts wegholt ??? Warum kann man das nicht öfters kontrollieren? Auch die Tische müssten vielleicht mal abgewischt werden. Das Personal scheint uns nicht gut eingearbeitet zu sein. Schade .

Absolute impudence. Yesterday we picked up 2 Iced Coffee Shake Choc at the MC Drive in Stade. During the journey we noticed that there was little liquid in them. When we got home we saw that the two cups were 3/4 filled with ice cubes. It's a total impudence from McDonald's to charge over €4 per cup for a cup of ice cubes. Wer McDonalds mag, kann gerne auch die Filiale in Stade besuchen. Typischer McDonalds halt. Leider auch mit der Bestellung am Automaten. Ist nicht jedermanns Sache. So manch einer vermisst die Bestellung bei einem richtigen Menschen. Schade. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
