Unorganized workforce, completely chaotic and headless. Orders are messed up during my 35 minutes! Waiting time came 5 customers with complaints about forgotten ingredients, confused desserts, incorrectly prepared food etc. In my 5 partial order there were 3 errors. Display screen broken, a frituse broken, several dishes and supplements out/not in stock, all stood constantly ratless and unplanned together and did not go on. Here a lot has to change urgently so you don't feel seriously taken as a customer or well looked after.
We were always happy in the restaurant. In addition, the atmosphere is great there. However, the delivery service delivered us completely wrong food. What we don't understand is: why do some customers have to wait for a miserable long time at checkout, although other customers get their food served at the table? Somehow unfair

You have to wait. I drove off. A service wasteland! The franchisee won 't like this. I 'm never going back here.
The food was in the usual McDonald's quality and the staff tried to do nothing here. However, it was unpleasantly cold in the restaurant and the floor partly sticky. The worst, however, are the toilets in the basement, very dirty and tidy as at a railway station.

The herrentoilette is a catastrophe of smell comes an old railway station after defective ceilings where electricity cables lie tiles behind the sink lack door torn out of anchorage. Just good. At MC Donalds it's just good.
if they love mac donal’s, then they will love the 2 macdonald’s from darmstadt, eating is the same as the other Mc restaurants all over the world, the price is beautiful, and so is the horary.

Very clean, friendly staff. Open 23h in the meantime. With service at the table. At least in the morning the music should be calmer.

Unfortunately, this has nothing to do with fast food anymore. A half-hour wait for food is unfortunately normal.
I didn't think it was worse, how could you sell a cheeseburger like that??
