I like this place and the food is good. BUT could use improvement. Ate the quarter pounder and fries 2x in a row. Had to pull over to spot 1 both times in the drive-through and wait on the grill to catch up..1st day they forgot my ketchup and gad Togo inside..no ketchup w fries? ..that 's un-AmericanSecond lunch day the fries were taken out of the Trash and served to me...old wilted and cold.Seems as much as you pay for Fries nowadays you should at least get fresh ones.Bright spot was window 1 where I ordered. Girl was friendly patient and genuine. Never made a mistake and kept her calm during the lunch rush. Mgmnt...give her a pay raise and hire more grill help.The McDonald 's app was used...
let me just start by saying that this place is a complete sweat and completely lazy. came here to get a milkshake and asked if the milkshake could have all three aromes. vanille, chocolate, strwberry and the dame said they had no ability to do so. I was in many mcdonalds who had no problem ending this question as it is not difficult. they just charged me for a vanilla and mixed the aromes. they are all the same price, but the manager would not have it. she didn’t even have the courtesy to explain why. lol I drove an hour away to a mcdonald’s who had no problem ending this question and had a smile on her face to do it. the fact that it is people who spend money in the operated to ensure that...
OMG horrible.Everything is walled-in inside. The drink station is gone, for your drink, or refills, you have to have the counter handle it. The counter is not manned, the cashier is primarily for drive through and has to look around an interior wall to see the walk in area.The focus is obviously on drive through, inside dining has been marginalized. Before the remodel senior citizens would chill out over coffee and conversation, now it's empty inside and inhospitable.
I used to work at this restaurant and I can say that the management here needs more than just improvement - they need to be fired and replaced, including the owner. I was fired because one of the managers falsely accused me of stealing, even though that same manager was caught taking money from the safe in their car. It turns out $40 went missing later on. McDonald's restaurants are generally known for their high prices, but in this particular instance, I must say that they served one of the best double cheeseburgers and fries that I have had from McDonald's in a long time. The food was hot, fresh, and did not taste like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour. I would rate the food 5 out of 5.
Every morning, Monday thru Friday I go to McDonald's in Rockledge off of US1 near Barton Blvd and I get a chicken biscuit and sometimes a sweet tea, that is my morning routine before work each day. Their biscuits are soft and the chicken is hot and the service is friendly and fast.
