I placed a mobile order and paid through the app, but when I arrived at the window, I was met by a rude older woman who did not greet me. I explained that I was there to pick up a mobile order, but she insisted that I had not paid. Despite showing her my bank statement multiple times, she still refused to believe that I had already paid. Eventually, I had to give her my card again before she finally acknowledged the payment. The experience at this restaurant is terrible. Whether the line is long or short, whether you order on the app or in person, the food is always wrong or missing something. I ordered a fruit salad, but where are the apples and raisins? It seems like a simple dish, but it's slightly annoying. The older woman working at the cash register always appears to be in a bad mood, as if she is bothered by her work. They need new management and workers as soon as possible.

I HATE MICEY DEES. I CHOCKED ON THER BURGER AND HIT MY HEAD ON THE FLOOR BRAKING MY TOE. their food is EXTREAMILY EXPENSIVE and not exquiset. i am still recoverining from the chocking and their food is awful. their bathrooms are disgusting. their staff is awful and i never want to meet their staff anywhere. I HATE THIS PLACE DON'T GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I couldn't catch a break at this restaurant. I was served unsweet tea instead of the sweet tea I ordered, and to make matters worse, I received a small "earth berry banana" smoothie instead of the large strawberry watermelon slushy I had been looking forward to. Overall, my experience was good, but I only received 6 nuggets instead of the 10 that I ordered, as well as only one milkshake. Can I please have a refund for these items? Thank you and have a good day.

I always order the Quarter Pounder with Cheese Deluxe Meal without cheese at McDonald's. It can be hit or miss, but this time my order was correct and hot.
