Got the wrong order again! What made this experience horrible is when we brought the food back, the employee takes the food out of the bag and tosses it in the garbage! Any other decent restaurant would have said.. Keep it since this is our error. Nope! He threw it in the garbage. Then he turns to his coworker and starts talking in another language. The coworker looked at my husband briefly so she could see who the employee was talking about. Do you people think we 're stupid??? For the rude employees who do this...how would you like it if your customers all started whispering in our families ears in front of you and stare. Yeah...that 's what it 's like.
I visited this restaurant tonight and went through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, I was missing a sandwich from my order. The cashier at the window, who I believe was a manager or shift leader, tossed my change and receipt at me, causing the receipt to fly out of my hand. He also treated my food carelessly, and I almost dropped my bag. When I got home, I discovered that my sandwich was still missing, which means I essentially wasted my money. This has happened every time I visit this location; there’s always something missing from my order. I won't be returning.
If I could give less than one star, I would. This is the worst McDonald's location I have ever been to. The staff is always rude and provide terrible customer service. I have never had a positive experience at this McDonald's. The manager is particularly rude and thinks they are better than everyone else. One day, I went for breakfast and was the only customer in the lobby. I asked for my orange juice to be placed on the pickup counter, and the manager rudely scolded me for it. They even had the audacity to ask me to leave a review, so here it is!
Never fully get what you order. How can you forget sauce for a nugget meal? Ridiculous and incompetent workers who are unable to read an order/receipt. NEVER PUT FAITH IN WORKERS AND ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF. Wish I could eat my food in their lukewarm state when I first get it, instead of cold when I have to go back and get what I had ordered.

I’m tired of them never giving your order correct and on top of that they left a big hair in my nuggets… went back to get new ones but all they did was put them in a new box. For all I know they fell on the floor. It doesn’t take 2 seconds to bring out a fresh batch…
Was under Wednesday to drive through put my order in got home chicken with cheese is missing chicken in the sandwich they would have straighten that place out man too many people goofing off I'm calling the main corporation cuz that's ridiculous
Talk about being open 24 hours a day worst experience I’ve had the cashier said they couldn’t serve me my order because they were closed and I’ve ordered from there a couple of days ago at the same time and got my orders without an issue
The experience at the drive-thru was disappointing. The staff member who helped me seemed to have a negative attitude and unfortunately got my entire order wrong. I ended up spending $40 and felt disrespected.

Avoid visiting at night, as the staff seems uninterested and won’t take your order, despite this place being advertised as "open 24 hours."
It's hard to get an order right in the drive thru when the person taking it doesn't understand you.
