Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

I am fed up with this restaurant constantly getting my order wrong! They have a responsibility to get it right, but it seems like the people running this McDonald's just can't seem to do anything correctly. If you have allergies, I highly recommend avoiding this place. I suggest driving a few minutes down the road to another location where they actually get the orders right and give back the correct change. If you do end up ordering here, be sure to check your bags before leaving the drive-thru because nine times out of ten, your order will be incorrect. This restaurant is a waste of time and money. I am only doing 5 star so you see this. This location is horrible with horrible employees that are stupid. I ordered 2 double hamburgers plain from the drive thru. Then, waited 10 minutes for my food. Once I opened it up, they both had cheese on them. This is even more annoying because I clarified multiple times that I wanted plain burgers no cheese but the person was just not smart enough to understand. Then, I had to wait another 20 minutes to get my order corrected only to leave and open my bag to two SINGLE HAMBURGERS. Horrible, do not go here.

If I could give less than one star, I would. This is the worst McDonald's location I have ever been to. The staff is always rude and provide terrible customer service. I have never had a positive experience at this McDonald's. The manager is particularly rude and thinks they are better than everyone else. One day, I went for breakfast and was the only customer in the lobby. I asked for my orange juice to be placed on the pickup counter, and the manager rudely scolded me for it. They even had the audacity to ask me to leave a review, so here it is!

Thats the WORST store ever...Zero customer service...Whenever I have to order from them thr order is wrong and the employees there very unprofessional and they don't pay attention to the details of the order.Also they don't know how to charge and always overcharge customers....This store needs new or better trained employees... I feel like I'm done with McDonald's. The quality just doesn't seem the same anymore. It's not just the service, but also the overall quality of the food. I'm not sure if or when I'll be back. It's been a good time while it lasted.

One of the nicest McDee....I ever been 2.Service is TipTop, very professional and Friendly....And interior of a restaurant is amazing...Loved the comfortable chairsAnd cool table with the lights....Very Cool.

I ordered 20 nuggets with fries for my kids and they didn't give no dipping sauce and I they ask me what sauce I would like I told them sweet and sour and they still got that wrong!!!!

No macchiato and breakfast @10:30 am. only want those two things on my way. Very disappointed .
