Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

I 'm from up north Wisconsin. Came to this mcdonald 's as it was a stop along my route. Sat at the speaker for 5 minutes and then called the store and the gentleman working said someone would be right with me. 5 more minutes pass, and at this point people are backing out of the drivethru behind me. I call the store again, and a woman answers and says she will be right with me and was very polite. (I would have gone inside but I have a german shepherd in my car. She comes to the speaker and says what do you want? Very rudely. I ordered two sandwiches and it took over 10 minutes sitting at the window.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes, trying to get someone’s attention, but no one responded. I eventually called and discovered they were supposed to be open for at least another hour. When I finally got to the window, the employee was on her phone. I ordered regular nuggets, but half of them were burnt. I tried to call to voice my complaint, but again, no one answered. Ultimately, I ended up throwing my food away, wasting my money, and I was truly dissatisfied.

Went to one MCduds no one at the drive up so I wet to a 2nd MCduds waited in one of two lanes woman in front of me placed her order and pulled up the woman in the other lane placed her order and pulled up so you would think I would be next but no theguy behind the woman in the other lane got to place his order and they still didn't acknowledge that I was there so I droveoff and will never go back to MCDUDS ever again.

I absolutely adore the fish with cheese at this restaurant. They should think about serving all of their dishes throughout the day to cater to customers who might not want breakfast food at any time. Greater flexibility with their menu options would be beneficial. Reserva una mesa ahora

My observation: Management needs to add health and hygiene education to the training. I do not understand why managers hire staff who are not good with the public and look dirty. Definitely, better screening needs to be done! I'm not being sarcastic.

I went on 6/26 at 7:10 and was greeted by I believe he said his name was master) and was a kind young gentleman that should be recognized for his customer service and personality if every server was like him the food industry would be 10000% better.

Absolutely terrible. Poor food, poorer service. Easily one of the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. I waited 20 minutes in a 3 car lineup for soda and fries. Ridiculous

I can only give this restaurant 2 stars because the food was cold and my order was incorrect. The only bright spot was the cashier who took my order; she was really nice. Reserva una mesa ahora

This restaurant stands out from the rest. It may be due to the exceptional staff, but I always leave satisfied after ordering from here!

The service was outstanding and the food was delicious. I particularly loved the coffee at McDonald's.
