Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

I can't wait for the opportunity to give negative stars......because this McDonald's at 646 Farmington Ave Ct wouldn't even qualify for negative stars!!!!!!!!! I ordered online and got an error message saying I should see an associate inside. I went inside the store and was there for almost 10mins with ABSOLUTELY NOOOOOOOOOO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT!!!!! I counted at least 5 employees (in their uniforms). One girl came to the register and was there for over 2 mins then she went to the lobby drink station and then back around the counter. The young man at the drive thru was being spoken to, by another young man, in an unprofessional, demeaning way -while I was being completely ignored. I felt bad for him and the other one was so cocky. It was so Unprofessional. I waited for him to finish acting important, with his back to me, never once acknowledging that a customer was at the open window, only to pay for the order! I really hope someone that can do something is reading this.The hamburger was disgusting and had something hard in it. My grandson spit it out!!

The manager was incredibly rude. I simply wanted to place two separate orders because I paid for them separately, but the manager replied in a disrespectful manner, saying that they were too busy and didn't have time for two orders. There were four cars in the drive-thru and the lobby was closed.

The restaurant consistently forgets to include the dipping sauce with their orders. I hope they receive a deserving reward for their entire lives.

The staff are friendly, but the burgers appear to be saturated in grease before being served. Overall food quality: 1 out of 5.
