Horrible experience just now while ordering the 40piece bundle. 1st only 3 sauce for 40 nuggets, then they didn 't give us the 2 set of fries while it was included in the bundle. Once asked for the reciept the guy charged me 17.99 for 40piece nuggets whenthe bundle was only $15.99. When some wanna a be manager tried to help she spoke no English which is ok I spoke Spanish she istelling me you didn 't ask for the bundle is not on your reciept so I said how is it the customers fault he didn 't charge me asa bundle when I clearly asked for it. She takes the reciept to go bad mouth me to her coworkers while I am standing and fullyunderstanding everything in Spanish. Conclusions had to pay for 2...
5/3/2022 this morning I rated this place 3 stars because I asked for creams and 4 packs of equal to be placed in the coffee cup. The server provided a bag of white sugar and 6 half&half cream. I canceled my coffee order and asked for my money back. I explained that the order taker never said the machine is broken to put my cream and equal inside my coffee because if she would have mentioned it than I would have never order coffee . This is the only reason why I purchase McDonald's coffee because its a cheaper version of Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts. I apologize for the misunderstanding and got my money back.
Horrible experience at this McDonald?s, unprofessional manager ?Jenny? should be fired she doesn?t know how to do her job, rude to costumers and her employees, screaming at me for something she messed up in my order and I was just trying to get my food theway I order it, like she doesn?t have an education this is the worse McDonald?s I have ever been very unprofessional.
I would like to know why do they charge $1.55 for small coffee and the one across from UM charge $1.19? Please someone could answer that question. I would say that the one located across from UM the area is more affluent than where this McDonald is located?

Extremely rude website says closes at 1:30 am my mother is handicapped with a walker and they started yelling at her as they closed over an hour early we took an Uber there as my mom was hungry and I told them I would report them they said ok
By far my favorite McDs. Understaffed and all but it seems the manager hires some good workers. All the food is ????. No complaints from me at all. Their systems never gave issues. Time: late night

Very nice helpful drive thru worker. She suggested an idea that would even save me money! The food was so fresh. Loved it!
Great service and food is usually always served fresh at this location.
