As we were staying In Dusseldorf Central Station this McDonalds outlet was one we visited on our recent stay in Dusseldorf. This is your typical McDonald's, neat and tidy, nice decor and furnishings including plenty of seating options, a good McDonald's in a good location. We were here on a Monday morning, we got a double cheeseburger,fries and cola each,service was swift ,we luckily managed to get a table were we tucked into our meals. Had to wait for the thalys in terrible weather so I was stoked to find out McDonald's served hot chocolate so I could sit and have a warm drink. However, no seating was available, this isn't their fault. What is, though, is that after immediately picking up my hot chocolate upon it being ready at the counter, it was almost completely cold. Just the slightest hint that it had been hot, so you know they haven't served a cold one by accident. They probably made it 30mins before and someone cancelled their order and I got that one or something. Since staff wasnable, or most likely unwilling to speak English, I couldn't communicate my complaint in German. Sad.
Is crowded throughout the day and more so during the morning and evening peak hours and it is obviously not the nicest Mc Donald'S to be if you want to enjoy a meal with your kids. Also very difficult to find a empty table most of the times as people seem to occupy the table for hours without caring for the others around. The only good thing is the operating speed of the sales man. It is better to grab your order and take away.
So, we had taken the very early morning train from Amsterdam to Dusseldorf and reached around 8 am. It was going to be a long day, and we started it with Mc Donald breakfast. My kid had chicken nuggets which she liked, as well as the balloon they gave her. We had the usual chicken, egg burger. There are self service kiosks. Service is quite swift. It was moderately crowded. Food was fine, the usual.

Had breakfast, scrambled eggs with bacon, toast and orange juice, at about 10am. Eggs and toast were really dry, not freshly cooked, or overcooked. Rest of establishment was fine, very efficient, and cheap for Dusseldorf. But certainly not up to normal high standards of McDonalds.
Always crowded but Service is pretty quick. Pricing is same as elsewhere. There is a free wi-fi. Annoying Thing is that People occupy the table for hours together even after seeing old People or People with Kids who are unable to find a free table.
Don’t normally eat Mc Donald’s but when I do I always enjoy my meal and I enjoyed my meal there same as most Mc Donald’s world wide
This place is ok I guess. The fries are good and so are the chicken nuggets. They were average and were ok.
