Look, I'm mostly past the negative reviews part of my life, but I found a wireless earbud in my small child's happy meal. ? It had earwax on it. I didn't see this while I was there, I opened the box at home. I called to see if something could be done, the employee I spoke to was really focused on my bringing in the earbud. She kept saying that an employee was looking for it. She CALLED ME a few minutes later to ask when I was coming in. I spoke to someone who claimed to be management the next morning, who was also extremely focused on whether or not I'd be returning the earbud. I moved in the line about 15 minutes before the closure. sat in the line for all 15 minutes only to come into the window and they have told me that they do not have the meat to make my order so that I could have a crispy chicken sandwich or a refund. I didn't say it was fast to eat? can't you just do it? I don't wait, and the girl said that we have lol crazy yo closed, why do they even take my order and let them sit down in the line? I have my refund and I'm out of it, but that's crazy. just tell me they don't feel like they're doing their job. for years I am at mcdonald’s and it took just a dietless trip to remind me why.

This McDonald's is awful. I was the only person in line, and there was no one else there. I ordered a sandwich and a pancake, paid for my meal, but did not receive a receipt. When I got my order, I realized they had given me the wrong sandwich. I called the staff, and they asked me to return the incorrect sandwich in order to get a new one. I suggested using a credit or gift card for a future purchase, but they refused. They insisted on throwing the old sandwich in the trash. It was a ridiculous experience for a $6 meal. I ordered apple pies and cookies on the mobile app. When I arrived, the front counter wasn't being covered and after I had the attention of an associate and gave him my order number I thought it was being processed. 15 minutes it took for pies and cookies. I normally don't write a review because I work in customer service but this time was definitely needed. Not the best service at all! And the worst thing is after speaking to the manager I doubt it will even change. Smh

The food was freshly made. I went through the drive thru asked for ketchup, I had to wait for my order in one of the designated spots. Of course they forgot the ketchup so I went in and almost fell because the floors were very wet from the humidity. The floor is gonna take someone out. Other than that it was fine.

Awful experience! Four, not three, individuals had to instruct me on what to do. When I went to the payment counter and then to the pick-up window, I was treated very rudely. If you are unable to perform your job properly, perhaps it is not the right job for you.

23 minute wait in Drive Thru. Poor customer service. Employee’s talking about who texted who. Employee’s more worried about drama in their personal lives then customers.
