We had ordered to take along and bag was 5 minutes in the rack because the pommes were waiting. For citizens normally not dramatic but the employee then apparently packed an old and a fresh pommes into the bag. Difference obviously. Burgers also looked like thrown. It landed in the garbage and pizza was eaten. Last time in Rheinbach. An evaluation option for the orders in the app would be good, as service and quality vary greatly.
The food in the restaurant is really good, but I could not stop to notice the annoying and unfriendly attitude of some employees. The use of the table service app led to inappropriate comments from the staff. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and takes measures to improve service quality.
Have ordered food via Deliveryando and are completely dissatisfied with the delivery. We ordered 2 menus. Instead of Cola, Cola Light was delivered, the pommes were cold and according to order were quite certain glasses that were not delivered. It wasn't even a replacement. Don't eat there anymore.
Order at the car switch. Waiting 27 minutes until I could give up the order, although only 2 cars were in front of me. I waited 12 minutes directly at the order desk and I've been waiting for the demand for 10 minutes as long as I can order just a wait. Waiting time wasn't okay. Staff wasn't okay. At MC Drive ordered nice employees, but the Intercom wasn't the best. The food was tastefully top and freshly prepared. Since you often read that something was missing in the order, it was just different here. There was a MC Chicken without order and payment above.
...is a McDonalds... You get what you should get! Update: It was forgotten or incorrectly packed the last times of more open stuff. For example, no sauces, toys happymeal, extras on the burger (e.g. no tomatoes), apples instead of fruit prints...
I ordered at the terminal. Food was ready and packed quickly to take away. Everything was there, even the correct number of sauces and napkins. The restaurant was clean and modern. Staff nice. All again

Food cold, personal not in the position to speak German. In the evening, disturbing Turkish music. Table service is used, yet you are called although hardly customers were there. Never again.
