After my daughter's Happy Meal was messed up last night, we returned today because she wanted another one. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich for myself, but they asked me to pull up because they needed to find the crispy chicken. After waiting for 10 minutes, I decided to park and go inside, but all the doors were locked at 6:50 PM. I don’t know why I expected anything better from a McDonald's, but I received a wrong order again, and no one seemed to care. The Burger King across the street actually has employees who care about their customers. Next time, I think I'll just cook my own meal.
I ordered online, and the app indicated that my order was ready. However, the manager on duty claimed they hadn’t received it and suggested it might have gone to the wrong restaurant. I showed her the app to prove I was right, and it turned out they had received my order but just hadn't prepared it. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've experienced issues at this McDonald's, which is conveniently located near me.
The food is similar to what you'd find at any other McDonald's, but be prepared for a long wait at the drive-thru. Sometimes I stop by for breakfast, and I always end up waiting at least 10 minutes, even when I’m the only one in line. It's really frustrating when you're trying to get to work. For lunch or dinner, they manage to get my order right about 75% of the time, but then again, it’s McDonald's.
I stopped here on my way and decided to grab a bite to eat. I ordered orange juice, fries, and a 10-piece chicken nugget meal. The nuggets were fantastic—definitely the highlight! However, the orange juice was a bit too watery for my taste, and the fries could have used more salt. Come on, McDonald's, step up your game!

McDonald's is exactly what you'd expect. I needed to use the bathroom, so I purchased a cup of coffee and an apple pie. The restaurant was clean, including the bathroom. The coffee was average, but that's typical for McDonald's. The apple pie was standard mass-produced fare.
Unfortunately forgot how bad I rated a few months ago and swung by to pick up a quick bite. Fries were totally cold and hamburger patty had obviously been lying around waiting for an order. No improvement on my one star rating.
We just got happy meals for the kids which they really enjoyed. All expected as they are very consistent with the food quality.
