This McDonald’s is Okay. It’s either they make it to perfection (weekday Morning and Afternoon Crew), or they mess your order up (weekday evening night crew and weekend crew all together). The customer service is neutral, there can definitely be improvement. I can say also, that going in to order is better than the drive through, because you’re watching them prepare your order and it’s less likely that they will mess it up. They do a good job of keeping the inside clean as well. It’s not the best McDonald’s, but it’s not the worst either.
On the night of 4-13-22 at 8:40pm, I had the pleasure of encountering a young African American man working the pick-up window during the night shift. He was incredibly kind and respectful, asking me how my day was when he handed over my food. His customer service was exceptional, and he came across as a very sweet individual. Your establishment should be proud to have someone like him on your team. We need more people like him in the world.
We arrived home at 9:44 a.m. and found our food to be cold and stale. Despite hoping for an improvement each time, our chicken nuggets tasted old, as if they had been left in cooking oil along with the fries. The service was good, but there is room for improvement in ensuring fresh food and changing the cooking oil. As parents, we expect McDonald's to provide good and safe food for our children. We kindly ask that they address these issues.
My mocha frappe was excellent I had them put one shot of espresso in its and it was wonderful. Their service was quick, the only thing wrong was I ordered my double cheeseburger with extra onion pieces and they ended up putting NONE . It was good I just think it would have been way better if it would have had the onions . Just saying!

Had an awesome experience at McDonald's today. Only 7 people called in sick, and yet... The restaurant was still going and getting everyone their orders with a smile.Next time you go in, make sure you thank everyone for the great customer service and positive attitude.Thank You McDonald's!
Lazy and customer are never right that it's crazy. 15 hours I can't believe that construction workers hardly make that and work in these weather conditions managers are the worst walkers than the employee. And my order is never right and always cries cold. Food: 3/5
It's better than most McDonald's. Lobby was clean, a few tables were dirty but overall the dinning area was clean. Food was hot and only took 4 minutes from the time I ordered to receive my breakfast. Friendly service from the 3 employees that greeted me.
The service at this restaurant is exceptional, with always fresh and hot food ready to be enjoyed. The employees are very friendly towards customers. I will definitely continue to choose this location and don't mind waiting for their excellent service.

I always have a great experience at this restaurant. I wish they would bring back their old dollar menu for even better value. The food is top-notch, I give it a perfect 5 out of 5 rating.
I absolutely love the hot caramel mochas at this place. The service is always excellent, with courteous and quick drive-thru service.
