The customer service is consistently good, with a mix of younger and older employees working well together as a team. Orders are almost always accurate, and we visit this location regularly, as our child enjoys playing in the designated play area. The play area has four different sections and keeps our child entertained while we enjoy some family fun with silly games. Overall, we give McDonald's four stars due to the enjoyable environment it provides for children.
Had 10 piece spicy nugget meal dry as you can see I tried to call but no one answered the phone also have my fries they were cold and my double quarter pounder was dry as well Very disappointed pay for two meals and ate none of it Spicy chicken nuggets look like overdone chicken strips I work 13 hours at work I wanted to come home and have a quick meal so I can turn around and do it all over again but now I have to stand in the kitchen and cook for another two hours before I can eat and go to bed and be back up for work tomorrow morning at five
If you enjoy being treated poorly and having a window slammed in your face by an employee named Saek, then this McDonald's is the perfect choice for you. The young man working there displayed very unprofessional behavior and was quite rude. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere and sharing with others about the lack of professionalism at this establishment. It is highly recommended that they hire better staff.
they can not get an order rft (right first time) if their entire days depend on it. only the reason we stop here are the children and the happy meals. they even get the wrong 50% of the time. save themselves frustration and just order a sweet tee. sweeter tee is the only thing I ordered and got right every time.

my wife and I came on Saturday at 4:30 a.m. through the drive thru. the type that delivered us our food had exceptional customer service and made our visit special. it's not something we expected from our visit, but we appreciated it. he was happy, friendly and made our very long day traveling to a good start.
I almost lost faith in mcdonald. cameron was amazing! what a wonderful man he is! he has made a great job to help my son come over his fit! the manager must be very good. he seemed very good. he delivered our food. he has good employees to make a great job. Thank you!
I always love getting takeout from McDonald's. This particular location has always gotten my order right, no matter how many modifications I request. The service is quick, efficient, and the food is always delicious.
I was served reheated food that was very cold and not fresh, which was gross. I was not satisfied at all and felt like I wasted my money on that meal and the time of the delivery driver.

I ordered a large fry but it was only half full and the fries were stale. I also ordered a 20 piece nuggets but did not receive any of the sauce I requested.
Food always good. Went on father's day and line was long but consistently moving. Never had a complaint in the 4 years we have lived in Clayton.
