Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

I ordered breakfast this morning in mobile apps, drive thru, I paid the items, I also I order a few sandwiches, when I got to the window, this crabby lady, are super rude, she feel she had entitlement to be rude, nasty to her customer, I gave me my order, I reminded her of my other order, she handed me with her nasty attitude, I remind her again that the drink is missing she mumbling because she got bothered that I told her that my ordered is incorrect, I asked for a manager, SHE SAID I AM A MANAGER, She is a day manager, black hair lady. Plain rude, she did not bother to apologize, I cannot see someone to come to work treat a customer with bad attitude. She should get fired!!

mcdonald’s has gone way downhill. the fries were stale as old oil was used. the filet of fish was good. burgers got wrong. idk. it's just not good as it was always before. it is fast downhill with old tasting eating.

The line for this was stupied long. It took 45min just to get our order taken and then another 20min to get our food. The worst Mcdonald I ever been to.

Got the crispy deluxe chicken sandwich and it was small and dried out and the fries were gross. $8.59 combo what a joke.

The McDonald's around here seem to be well trained. They get your order right, and serve it quickly. I appreciate that.
