I wanted to drive through the restaurant, but there was only one car in line. I went to the second lane and waited for a moment for the car ahead to move. When I tried to place my order, a woman said to wait a moment, please and thank you. After waiting for 4 minutes with a car now in the other lane and one behind me, I asked again and received a similar response. I recently visited McDonald's located at 30161 Southfield Rd. Upon entering the restaurant, I immediately noticed a strong unpleasant odor, which I recognized as coming from the dirty floors due to improperly cleaned mops. I brought this issue to the attention of a young lady named Miss Ernestine, who dismissively stated that she was more concerned about serving food than addressing the odor. Let's just say if the cheeseburger is burned and what else? the service was fast. it was fast to get me through the line for two burned cheeseburgers. I was too hungry and tired to turn all the way away and take it back. it is scary among the people who are out here who are today outside the despair to have a teamwork for them to keep a business open. the person who served me the burned cheeseburger would not have wanted to eat a burned cheeseburger. is the cheeseburger not one of the easiest foods to make? I guess not.

Sat in line for 30 min even though there were only four cars ahead of us, only to be told they have no ice cream, no apology, and it’s 95 degrees. Why don’t you have any ice cream during the hottest part or the year? I drove off. Not worth my business. Also, you still can’t go inside and order.
The worst experience again! vowed to nevet return. Waiting in line. Worker won't take my order and is RUDE as heck. The whole line behind me left. Completely unacceptable. it's time for this store to close.
I got horrible sick after eating here!!!! Don't do it never been sick from McDonald's before but never again. Plus the service sucked too 10 mins to take my order in drive through.
Since I only eat kosher, I can't comment much on the food, but the service when I went to get a drink was okay. There was a bit of a wait, but overall it was quite good.
