The staff here are truly excellent! It’s amazing how many difficult customers they have to deal with. I have a lot of respect for all the workers. I’ve never seen a McDonald’s with bouncers before! I have to mention that the restaurant is quite small and always crowded; it feels like we’re in Glasgow!
