I really enjoy eating out, and I'm not picky at all, but this is the fourth or fifth time in a row that when I've been there and want to eat the burger at home, it just looks like they randomly threw the ingredients on. The burger is swimming in mayo, the lettuce is all over the packaging but not on the burger, and the staff—or rather, the female staff—are extremely unfriendly. Honestly, doing everything wrong four out of four times has just made me want to warn others. This was my last time at McDonald's in Salzgitter Bad. Luckily, there are other McDonald's locations where I'm always satisfied.
Tables outside are not cleaned and stray cats are even tolerated and petted by the staff. I don't think hygiene is a priority here. Maybe they should inform the public order office. I've had a lot of experiences with McDonald's, but today's was the worst. I had to clean the table first and then this cat walked over the tables and sat down Another guest took the cat with him because he thought it was too dangerous out on the street. It's nice that he has a heart for animals. Maybe it escaped from the nearby animal shelter. Whatever, I don't recommend this McDonald's
The delivery was very disappointing. The food arrived cold, was jumbled, and unappetizing. Furthermore, the order was incomplete. The service was also underwhelming: when something was missing or you asked about something, the staff seemed annoyed, were unfriendly, and rolled their eyes. Unfortunately, this confirms many of the negative experiences already described in other reviews. The restaurant as a whole gives a neglected impression, as if it's rarely cleaned thoroughly. Overall, the experience leaves a very questionable impression.
A pretty bad experience. We got off the highway because there was a big McCafé sign and we wanted to have a proper coffee. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that there was no McCafé, just a fully automatic machine with no milk alternatives or anything like that. On top of that, even as customers, we had to pay 70 cents for the toilets, which weren't even clean. Furthermore, the water for washing our hands was so incredibly cold it almost hurt. The staff at the till were friendly, but that's not the point of this review.

The whole place is full of trash. There are fries and other food scraps all over the floor. Orders aren't always complete; sauces and other items are simply missing. There are 20 kids who go to the toilet every five minutes, screaming, and then stand outside the shop again—it's a constant cycle. The place is disgusting, revolting.
All the burgers were cold. The fries were soggy, greasy, unsalted, and tasted very old. The only good thing was the drinks. Three hours later, my three friends and I were suffering from stomach aches. Never again! What a dump!
Went there again today and waited a full 31 minutes for the food. Last time I went to the good restaurant around the corner, it only took 20 minutes. If you have plenty of time, feel free to go here.
Everything is bad. We bought nuggets for my son today and he said they tasted strange. Now my child has stomach pains and diarrhea. The health department needs to be called.

You really have to wait a long time for your food here, and sometimes it arrives cold. BUT: The staff is very friendly and everyone is very helpful.
