Summary....Visited here and spent over £16 of hard earned money in these difficult times... food was cold and went in the bin in the car park. In Normal times I would have gone back and asked for a refund or replacement but as I couldn’t I contacted customer service with proof of purchase... What a joke I received from James and then Lewis in a standard complaint letter with “insert complaint here” saying we’re sorry and we’ve passed it on with no offer of vouchers or refund and after much back and forth received an email asking me how their customer service was. Do you really want to know? Well put it this way I’ve posted my experience on here and on all social media websites as well as not...
Wouldn’t recommend to all of you who enjoy a mcdonalds receive the pleasure somewhere else. For example kfc which will probs be better. After asking if the projector would turn on one staff member replied “it’s not on” which we had already gathered. Maybe this is because of minimum wage but I do strongly believe we can do better. In addition to this many children were disheartened due to the closure of the play house and strong draft coming through the door that was left open. Finally my chicken nuggets weren’t the best
I went through the drive-thru tonight and received lukewarm fries at the window. I noticed that my burger was missing, so I waited for it. As I was leaving, I realized I was also missing a serving of fries, so I had to wait to go back around. By the time I reached the first window, the fries I had were cold. The staff replaced my original order and gave me the missing items. I usually don't complain, but I'm glad I did this time. It was a hit with my sick partner. Thank you to the staff at the restaurant.
Abysmal. I'd suggest checking your bag before leaving or driving off. All the fries was replaced by random stuff. Just go else where, It's awful, How can you not deliver 3 sets of large fires is beyond me, forgotten in replacement is a fish burger? it's just beyond me, Fortunately for them I had already driven off. The items listed on the menu were not available. After waiting in a crowded drive-thru, we were informed that there were no milkshakes or McFlurrys. We then waited an additional 15 minutes just to leave the chaotic situation. There were no signs or guidance at the drive-thru exit, so once you entered, you were essentially trapped.
Last week, there were no McFlurrys available (as is commonly the case). I don't know why I bothered asking. Today, there were no fizzy drinks. We are now making a game out of guessing what they won't have next! Onwards to KFC, where the staff are friendly and polite and, most importantly, they have what you order.
