Went to get a simple frozen coke, lady behind the counter who seemed to be dressed as a worked manager, ignored me for a few minutes while she filled the 2 orders they had, after asking if I had ordered and hearing I had not, I was palmed off to use the kiosk which I mentioned I did not want to do, followed by a following 2 minutes of pretending I didn't exist I went to hungry jacks across the way who served me my frozen coke instantly. Great friendly staff at hungry jacks and same prices as MacDonald's. Goanna pick service in this situation.
This is appalling! I had ordered 2 lots of pancakes obviously for 2 people and only received 2 x whipped butter and 1 tub of syrup!!! My order was 2x pancakes and syrup! As I am isolating, I expected the same service as I would have when I actually dine in! This isn’t the first time whilst I’ve been in isolation has the store messed up my order. Not only that, I have not even received my receipt to actually call the store directly with my order number. No happy and definitely will not be utilising this Maccas again.
In my 54 years of living this was by far the worst Maccas I’ve ever had. On my cheese burger I didn’t get cheese pickles or sauce, my Big Mac had 0 sauce. Orange Juice was unavailable so I requested a coke and they had none. Before my order I asked if the monopoly tickets were available and they said yes I was promised 4 and received 0 I asked about it and they said that I was not allowed to give back my order as I had already paid. Ridiculous.
Although it wasn't particularly busy during the school holidays, dining here was still quick and convenient. The staff worked efficiently, even under pressure. We had only a few minutes to grab a bite before our movie, and choosing this place was a great decision. Although there was a decent line, it moved quickly, and we were able to order and receive our meals within just a few minutes.

The food here is fresh and tasty, and there is usually less of a line than at other places in the food court. I always get the pulled pork nachos and they never disappoint. A little on the pricey side and, if you don't want a mountain of sauce, you need to ask them to go easy. I would happily eat here every week.
Contrary to comments below, I eat here frequently getting the burritos and they are wonderful and of a high quality all the time every time. Give the Q10 sauce a go!
they forgot my order once, I asked for a strawberry-dick-hack and gave me in the ground only taste sometimes good, but rarely
I ordered a medium chocolate and received a large one instead. I also asked for 10 McBits and got 12. Truly legendary!

The food is delicious and healthy, with excellent service.
