I had a great experience at the McDonald's restaurant in Cannington. They have 10 self-service machines, which is convenient during busy times. The restaurant was clean, with staff constantly cleaning the tables. The interior was modern and contemporary, with a variety of seating options including standard tables and chairs as well as long bench style with bar stools. There is a separate enclosed area for those looking to escape any noise, as well as a fully enclosed children's playroom. went through the drive thru we want to order fresh every ding including burger and pommes they say yes, but they do not give you. our meal was cold and the big mac got even worse that they need to call the burger on the small mac. they shrunk the burger. years ago it was big and good. now it is smaller that they put a lot of sauce on the burger that it is too soggy and falls apart the burger swimming in the sose. less sose so that the burger is not soggy if the people ask for fresh we want fresh and either back to the original size or renaming them the big mac mistuse it should be back into its original size, it was we want our food

Overall, this is a decent restaurant, but I did encounter a few problems during my visit. The owner's daughter tried to defend the restaurant after I made a minor complaint about my drink not being filled up by saying that her father built the place. I quickly corrected her by mentioning that her father was not the one who built the restaurant. It seemed to surprise her. I used to work at a different location years ago and saw a new store being built by my boss. I would have continued working there if I hadn't taken an apprenticeship instead. My wife ordered chai latte extra hot and asked that it be in a mug, but was served in a cup? Waitress poured into mug when asked, but this occurred again the next day....aaarrrggh! McMuffins were served quickly but were cold and looked like cheese...had been in a massacre...half blown out over paper wrapping. Won’t be back.

ridiculous! I ordered online to pick up, but their system could not recognize because the phone that is ordered is not with me. and the nuggets are much more expensive because it has past midnight due to the cancellation of the order and reorder in the load! was that?

The manager expertly dealt with technical issues like a pro. Although the restaurant is frequently crowded and very busy, the staff work hard to resolve any issues and ensure a smooth flow for customers.
