We stopped at this McDonalds Restaurant for a quick bite to eat after some Sporting Activities. Our Meals were wrong with Special requests on Burgers not done & food missing. After talking too the Staff Member who serviced us about the problems with our Order; I was made feel like "who am I too complain". Her whole demeanour came across rude & Abrupt. She even spoke in what appeared to be Arabic to the Staff Member standing next to her at the Hot Service Area & felt like she was talking about me! Not being able to understand what she was saying is disgrace within a McDonalds Restaurant; Standards & Guidelines need to be stricter & enforced with this kind of behaviour.
Punchbowl Mac Donald's smiles and fresh burgers, breakfast and cafe always deliver . The indoor restaurant has great new look and create your own menu ,kids play area slides and for the drive through even though a convoy of cars seem forever the staff are sure to be friendly and quick service.Always fresh just don't forget to check there is sweet and sour sauce.
We love visiting this McCafe. Ben is super friendly, remembers our order and always serves our food and coffee exactly as we'd prefer.The restaurant is I think the cleanest in Sydney - there is always someone cleaning, the floors are steamed, it's a pleasure to eat here.
drive thru window worker and employee in the back were rude and unprofessionally screaming aloud their unwillingness to make orders. Inconsiderate and inappropriate behaviour when asked nicely to add substitute items when they said certain items were unavailable.

understaffed terrible service, waiting near 15 minutes for a single large meal plus an extra drink, was a terrible experience would not recommend go to this location unless you are in desperate need of food
The one thing you can say about Maccs’s is that you know what you are getting. When looking for a quick snack you can pull into the drive through, order, pay and be on your way. It’s what they do.
This McDonald's outlet is clean and well presented. Service was good but the duty manager reading the newspaper at the front counter is not a good look.
I bought a cheeseburger meal and my daughter found this very bad I will never go back there again bad service

I went to this store when i wanted to buy a family dinner box as i was very hungry.
For a McDonalds, its ok. Good for your cheap start to the day.
