Today I used drive thru to purchase Bacon n egg meal. Opened up when back at work and no hash brown! Back to store wait in queue 15mins and no apology. Madison the girl with all the stars on her shirt was absolutely incompetent n lacked customer service skills in dealing with issue.Previous issues with this store include ad hoc price increases without informing customers, quality if mesls (like reduced size of meals) and prices are generally higher than other stores in Canberra. Owner not interested with.customers concerns only profits!This has to be the worst run store in the ACT.
This is my favourite McDonalds in Canberra due to its great location overlooking Lake Tuggeranong. It's super busy during the week with the Lake Tuggeranong College next door but the food is fresh and service is quick. There's a challenging playground for the under 5s outside but my granddaughter always enjoys going there and I like the outlook which is very pretty.
Wow looks like floors haven't been cleaned in a long time through entire place can't help but question care and hygiene probably worst I have seen at McD's for a long long time. For a 'newish' store it looks tired already - 2/10 for presentation on their own standards. Kids said wraps were nice.
Whilst the location is good the size of the meals are gradually decreasing. The Coke is just syrup so I guess the standard is lowering again. This would be a last "go to" for a "meal". There are much better options for the price nearby.

Definite language barriers from staff members who showed an unclear English language skills made it hard to order in and especially the drive through at night food better than McDonals Queanbeyan and much cleaner nice view of lake
I really love the mcchicken and the chips. It is soooo delicious. But, I don't trust there drinks. I got a Sprite and it doesn't tasted like regular Sprite it tasted like water mix with chemicals.
Drive through was nice and easy. Quick and fast service - great to grab a bite to eat would be ideal to take it to the lake which is close by.
Great Coffee and customer service. And beautiful lake next to it. The best McCafe in Canberra. I have my coffee here all the time and love it.

Every time I go to get a coffee, it's always as delicious as the last time. Only consistent coffee I've had from anywhere.
