Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

Absolutely the most appalling store. They get every order wrong every time we go there. Today we ordered a family dinner box. Totally uncomplicated order, yet they forgot to put a meat patty on the cheese burger!! What the heck?! How **** hard is it?...Bunch of idiots working there. Will never go back there again. Worst store ever

I just took my grandson through drive through at Capalaba (about and particularly wanted a burger which included bacon and an egg for both of us I bought Bronco Burger meals, which come with bacon, and simply added an egg to each. Great...except,...yes, we got the eggs, BUT NO BACON!! Sooo frustrating!

What is with recieving half your order at one window only to wait minutes to get the rest at the next window, which by then the first part of your meal is cold. I left after the first window, so keep the sandwhich i...left behind. Will not be coming back through.

Went through drive through on a Sunday, wasn't too busy. Got quick service maybe that's why our food was undercooked and soggy. We didn't even eat the food..
