Its a nice little McDonalds, clean most of the time and staff are friendly. I particularly like the introduction of the new create your burger kiosk things. I am disappointed though at the last few visits that they are not serving milkshakes, sundaes or soft serves. Reasons include 'the machine has broken down', or for the milkshakes "there is no syrup". There is no signage on the drive through menus to indicate this, and many of you may think its no big deal but imagine how much you long for a maccas milkshake before finally mustering the energy to go and order one, only to have all of your dreams ripped from your grasp right before you taste the success. Im sorry McDonalds, but in all seriousness how the hell could you run out of syrup when you are the biggest fast food brand in the world?Pull your socks up.
In the 7 years I have lived in the local area, I think there are a mere handful of times I have received the correct order. Either the order was taken down incorrectly or they handed over one one else's order. The staff are super friendly and efficient but lacking in the finer details of actually getting the order right. At one time, I was told that I would have to re-enter the drive thru as the server had not taken down the correct order. Hells no! After asking for the manager our order was completed free of charge. All in all a clean, friendly restaurant if you don't mind pot luck with what you get served.
