1:55 Tuesday 5th July 2022. This review doesn't even deserve 1 star. This is THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Not only did I wait in drive through for a really long time (there weren't even cars in drive through at all) for the most simple order, they could not even get my order right. Plus, my order was packed disgustingly with the food and stains everywhere. I Also encountered the most rude, intimidating and immature crew member. (She wears a scarf) The board that displays customer orders does not even work and continued to roll her eyes and give disgusting attitude. I recommend that McDonald's should revisit their standards when hiring crew.
I went there on the way home from work. Ordered me a double big Mac with a frozen coke. The machine said that there was a problem printing my reciept. I thought there was gonna be an issue regarding that but there wasnt. The order took almost 20 minutes! After what was probably 20 minutes I went to ask them about it and they said 'Sorry about that, we forgot your order because we were busy '. Yeah you weren 't busy when I ordered. Then when they gave me my food I released it was sitting there for 16 minutes and to top it all off the burger was messily made. Sauce was everywhere and it was inedible. That store has completely put me off McDonald 's
worst experience with every maccas ever. waited for my order over 30 minutes and there were no other orders except delivery. the personal is so immature and inexperienced. customers can hear their casual talks and childish talks. not professional. the personal can also be seen from uniform, as not wearing a hat or a skirt, especially the crew of the rear area. the manager does not care about the din in the customers at all, but only ensures the drive through and delivery orders. Hygiene is a clear failure here. back area crew does not change gloves after touching unhygienic place, then it is about eating after touching.
Most of the staff are very careless! They would leave u talking and walk away! They even gave me a happy meal without a toy! Only discovered when I got back home and my kid was so sad.. there was also a safety issue in the kids play area and they didn 't even lock the door! Only had a sign! All kids were there playing and when I complained that the door should have been locked the lady replied to me we locked it !! How is that even making sense! How are we now taking in the play area if the door is locked!! Staff totally lack common sense as if they come from a different planet!

mcdonald’s bankstown on rrickard rd is carpark in the regular full at 11 uhr M-F why? as only 4 customers in the restaurant that sits at the time? only other customers in the drive thru. toilets do not appear from yesterday 19/5/22 cleaned very bad look and cleanliness? otherwise the entrance in the side street. has drive thru, inside and outside seating, playland and children party room, public toilets and many parking spaces. eating was hot and fresh. Very unhappy dining experience. I ordered eat in at around 3pm Sunday at Bankstown. It was not that busy. The order came out totally wrong. Only half the order was taken and the other have was wrong. I approached the manager who was not apologetic. All the manager was worried about was that I pay for the rest of the food that was missing. I had no problem with paying. They got it wrong again. The wait was long and the food was cold. I just gave up. Poor service from a big name restaurant.
the personal must be more experienced. simple order lasted 15 minutes, while not many customers before location. mostly worked children and had fun. very casual girl in circumvent with customers. cleaning is quite bad that it does not appear on the international brand only local community. no sockets or anything they can work. two dirty macdonald at the silverwater road auburn and that is the second brand must ensure that they maintain standards throughout the fleet.
I ordered two Angus BBQ bacon burgers for $9 each, and what a disappointment! They were served with raw onions instead of caramelized ones, and covered in BBQ sauce. It was disgusting. McDonald's needs to step up their game, this is not acceptable at all. I wouldn't even give them one star, if I could.
