There was a guy changing bins nearby and i asked him for what a particular bread(coconut pineapple...bread) was priced and he happily helped me at the self serve computer, he finished my order for me and went the extra mile. After my initial start to the visit this young man made it very pleasant. during the summer holiday to tullamarine they drove with the aircraft that is located at the airport melbourne along the plane view along the road, and on the way to the house took the western ring road and stopped at this mcdonald’s (which next. a service station) quite busy McDonald’s when I went into most people who ordered by the self-serving kiosks. I went to the counter and ordered the “big big Mac” (lightly bigger than the normal big mac it was a limited time option.) it was freshly cooked (after a short waiting period,) and I found a seat in the rather large escap. as other reviewers have explained, it is not the cleanest mcdonald’s, but it is efficient and the staff are friendly. so...
Was totally sucked in by saturation advertising of their new "Gourmet Range" now available in drive through. Tried the "gourmet" Angus n cheese with truffle mayo. They look amazing on the advertisements. Our burgers were delivered promptly and possibly prepared recently, warm but not hot. Most McDonald's burgers come in a wrapper followed by an outer container/carton. These came unwrapped in a fancy carton... one of the feature ingredients - the grilled onions - was loose within the carton. The burger was OK, just OK, but the price of $9.30 - burger only ie we did not have fries or drinks - was outrageous , This product was worth NO MORE THAN $5.00. Will not be repeating the mistake
should have made a photo on Monday at 12.30 am. ordered a med cheeseburger meal with water and partner ordered an breakfast mcmuffin. After we were asked to pull ten minutes in the waiting lane, we got a cold over...cooked dry mcmuffin and my cheese burger must originally have a big mac or another burger with salat it had no pickle no sneaking the smallest piece sauce salat and cheese. has not been on the new tastier and juicier advertising. absolutely the worst maccas had lived in our lives. never back. no idea why we were drawn in, how many bad meals had.

I ordered through the app and went through the drive-thru. I was greeted by a very cheerful and friendly woman who confirmed my payment through the app. It was a delight to interact with someone who seemed so enthusiastic about their job and was happy to provide such excellent customer service. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. The food was prepared promptly and there were no issues with my order.
McDonald's is a standard fast food restaurant conveniently located on the side of the freeway. It is an excellent rest stop for truck drivers, even though the only dining options are McDonald's and 7-11.
The service was fantastic and quick. The food was top quality and not lacking in any way. The lobby and dining area could use a cleaning, but overall, it was exceptional.
I really like Maccas but whenever I go to this one I get the runs and a sore stomach. Better option is to go up the road to the Epping one.
