Whoever owns this franchise should not be allowed to own a McDonald’s or any other service based franchise. They have one single person working at a 24 hour McDonald’s. If you’re picking up food for DoorDash or whatever they make you go through the drive-through because the one person working alone is uncomfortable having the doors open. So you have to sit in the drive-through wasting your gas for 20 to 30 minutes at a time so you don’t make any money. I’m reporting you people to mcdonalds corporate and I’m also going to report you to DoorDash.
The workers need to LEARN AND PAY ATTENTION to people in front and not have conversations and keep walking by knowing someone's there and they look high out their minds and slowly react to giving sauce like slow motion movie, the managers a sad excuses McDonald's you need to better choose managers plus the stores tables need to be wiped down. Poor customer service , poor service, poor everything.
I called the restaurant to speak with the manager because I was planning my daughter's birthday celebration there. The manager asked about the size of the cake and then put me on hold without saying anything further. After waiting, I called back, and a guy answered. He said they didn't have time to talk and hung up on my daughter.
Of course, when I asked my child where he wants to eat at all, he always says McDonald's and I have to tell you that her food has improved over the years since I was a child. Oh, my God, they have healthy things now. Great! It doesn't matter to bring my child to McDonalds and get a good meal. Good job! Get up!

One of the low skilled workers gave me the wrong sized Diet Coke and argued with me about the order. Took a quick video of the BACKSASS the employee gave me. Very unprofessional. Highly uncalled for!
The new crew is amazing! The crew who used to be there always sent my order wrong! I just don't give five stars because there's no number 1 meal after 11:00 when they suddenly change the menu!
My granddaughter 4 had kids eating chicken nuggets she had my other one #5 and my favorite fish sandwich. Then there was the playroom the little one loved
This McDonald's seems to be getting better. It has very slow service until recently. Now it's pretty quick with pleasant people working there.
