I called into McDonald’s Manoora tonight and they missed my happy meal. Best part is I have tried to ring 30 times and the phone has been busy the whole time so unable to complain so I can get a refund/voucher. I contact a mate who works there and get told the manager has taken the phone off the hook so they don’t have to answer any calls. Sorry but the service is so disappointing, constantly miss food or get the order wrong. Retrain the whole restaurant starting with the managers and teach customer service. Wonder if I will get my money back or replacement meal. Does McDonald’s even care about the low quality service or even read these comments? How are we going to get our money back or is...
So McDonald’s have just opened the restaurant again. Have been here over and hour having lunch and watching my kids play. Have watched three different tables be used by different people and no one cleaned them in between. Had to warn diners that this wasn’t happening after the 3rd group of people for one table. Finally went and spoke to the manager who sent a girl out to clean but she cleaned the tables with no seats only! If there is COVID in Cairns it’s places like this that are going to increase the spread! Very sad ????
fair dinkum worst macca still. 1 of 10? gets only one 1 because of the friendly service. for the one time in a blue moon I actually attend eating at maccas I ordered the crispy bacon mcoz and I got what resembled a badly built slim tower of slop aussie angus, literally looked like it was collapsing from a two-year old. there was more vegetation in and around the packaging than on the burger itself. pity to you macca! back to the local farewell of ma and pa for me.?
my granddaughter to manora on the way to the circus we found mac donald’s it was so very disgusting I ordered a happy meal with 6 chicken nuggets they were cold they were not even cooked uneatable . 2 small pommes they were also cold, could not be eaten and even a small latte that could not be drunk. everything we paid was thrown away. we couldn't take them back because we didn't have time. the personal was rude a terrible experience.

I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap as part of a combo meal. I've called the restaurant multiple times, but no one answers the phone. The fries were cold, and the wrap wasn't even properly sealed at the bottom of the bag. I expected better customer service, but clearly, that's not the case here. Signed, Unhappy Customer.
The staff were swearing and complaining about customers right in front of us as we waited for our orders. When our food finally arrived, it was always incorrect, which was really frustrating.
I was really disappointed. It shouldn't be that difficult to make sure all the food someone has paid for is in the bag.
Once again I have ordered through uber eats and not received what I ordered. This is supposed to be a qtr pounder.
