During my order on the terminal, we ordered as usual. When we took our order at the counter, the lady announces that they no longer make a sandwich we ordered. She put us the cheaper equivalent. But we've already paid. We asked him for a frieze for the inconvenience and he refused. I don't call him a merchant. Not to mention that the smile doesn't exist. Bad experience.
