I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich late yesterday afternoon. Took it home to eat it. Much to my surprise, the piece of chicken didn’t even cover the burnt bun. And yes, I mean a dried out burnt black bun all the way around. It had two tiny pickles on it and about a teaspoon of spicy sauce. Seems it was a very expensive inedible sandwich with the dry burnt bun. There is no excuse for serving something so horrible to a paying customer. I have been very supportive since Covid with the establishments that can’t seem to find enough help. Never complain when it takes longer to check out or receive a meal but my experience yesterday is inexcusable

8/21/3024 Wow!!! What a transition! This location used to suck but over the last 6 months or so, total transformation! Great, friendly service. Great good, drive thru moves efficiently. Great job to who lever took over managing this location! 10/8 somehow I paid for 2 McDouble and a small fry and ended up with just 1 large fry and no burgers

Waited 20 minutes with a car in front of me and cars behind me with no one taking orders. Then when I got to order they changed from breakfast to lunch menu before I could order.

Impossible to order a deluxe crispy combo here. I have tried saying 4c, deluxe mccrispy combo and deluxe #4. They all insist on offering me a spicy

I got a big Mac the meat and cheese were hanging off the bun. The Fries were cold. And all the tables were dirty.
