You can't handle criticism. Terrible! Patatoes only came when we had already finished eating. When we complained about it we only got a tired smile. One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I go there often because it's the closest one for me. I always have the food brought to my place (pay with a card at the self checkout), every time something is missing (usually sauce) when you point it out you get a cheeky look and the missing product is handed to you without a word. No apology, nothing. Fries are often totally over-salted or have hardly any salt on them. Burgers were the only thing that was always good.
I find the waiting time very long and the idea of buying and waiting in advance rather stupid. Unfortunately the toilet was also in very poor condition. Saving is always good, but in the right place. The service was amazing, you could put new soles on his shoes while he was running, that's how slowly his colleague walked. Everyone has to take their fingers out at lunchtime and can put them back in at the end of the day. It's a shame that the MCD era is slowly but surely going away.
It's just amazing!!! Every time I drive in, something always goes wrong with the order. Something is always forgotten or given incorrectly that you didn't even order. I ordered 4 vanilla frappés today. I even saw what it said on the screen and they still managed to give me 4 strawberry frappe. They really have a problem there!!!! Not recommended to go there.
It's a McDonalds, so you know what to expect. This one does get a liitle crowded on weekends, especially Saturdays, due to the Volkiland next to it. However, the staff does manage to keep it clean and tidy and deliver the food as fast as possible. Ambiente well, there is not really any ambiente to it, but it's fine.
