McDonald's Restaurant

The fries are often good in this restaurant. March 2024: update, sanction notice after my last visits. I am updating my opinion, because this restaurant is getting really old and is poorly maintained: damaged tables, chairs also, benches which are also starting to wear out, lighting and atmosphere not as good as elsewhere. Lots of traffic, therefore noisy for a place which no longer appeals and which suffers from comparison with the other restaurants in the chain. To top it all off, this place is often dirty, even very dirty! I haven't seen this elsewhere at McDonalds in Switzerland it seems. McDonald's, which has aged very poorly, is now undersized and always dirty. We recently came at 5:30 p.m. with family, restaurant almost empty and yet 8 tables in a disgusting state and more than 20 minutes to serve us. It's fun in the kitchen but no one to clean the tables, at least a minimum is not too much to ask. Luckily we ended up finding a suitable table but as soon as the restaurant started to fill up we saw customers cleaning the tables themselves, just outrageous. Fries rarely crispy and burgers often cold to boot, we won't be back soon. The outdoor terrace is nice in summer but in winter it is very complicated because it is too small and poorly maintained. it is fast and efficient, like all mcdos, but they can sit outside in the summer and enjoy the sun or the shade. the location is not idyllic, is too close to the autobahn, but it is much better than several others in and around neuchatel.

After work, I used to go to the drive thru in the evening once or twice a week. Disappointed more and more unfortunately (each time things are missing in the order, the burgers are oily , crushed, did you sit on them?

macdo is the same all over the world, isn't it? wrong! no beer in swiss macdo. Despite this repulsion we enjoyed our meal

Dark playground, full of slippery foam everywhere, even my son is afraid of this playground: I RECOMMEND NOT.

You have to clean tables yourself. Really dirty. Didn't eat anything and got out as quickly as possible.
