If I had no stars. Your food is ALWAYS cold. We ordered food it was old evil and cold we take up the food and ask that our order is restored. The Manger refused to return or give a refund and just left. When we told her we wouldn't leave until we got a refund, she called the police. No one was loud or aggressive, she wouldn't mind. The police heard both sides and had their issue a refund!

Manassas just had a big snowstorm and it was very early in the morning. Both lanes were supported, most likely due to lack of stay. However, those who could make it work were efficient and pleasant. When I wanted to thank an employee for coming to work on such a bad day, he seemed really grateful. The order was correct, the food was warm and expected to add.

Sausage Egg Cheese McGriddle Meal, the mcgriddle was still steaming when i took a bite into it, however the hashbrown was on the soggier side of things. The Sausage Burrito was really good, was hot and fresh but same thing for the hashbrown for that meal, it was all soggy and cold

You always hook fresh when you ask. Nothing better to do with McD than fresh fries and fresh nuggets

It was nice except that the automated kiosk had no help when assistance was requested.
