I visited the drive-thru at this restaurant on July 1, 2023 and ordered two Quarter Pounder with Cheese meals, two McDouble sandwiches, and a medium fry. Both of the Quarter Pounders were extremely greasy, to the point where the bread was soaked with grease and there was about a half inch of grease in the box. I was surprised to find that the patties were raw, not just undercooked. Unfortunately, I did not receive a receipt for my $29 order. I expected better quality for the price, at the very least properly cooked meat. SMH.
You would think when I pull up and the menunis showing lunch options , that I should be able to order lunch !!! When I try to ask about why the menu is showing lunch after 11 am that is and I can't get lunch options , I'm just told breakfast time. Might be professional to keep the menu on breakfast options if still doin breakfast!!!! I could of SWORE lunch start at 11am.??? Am I wrong for this ???? Just WOW , I know you guys can do better.
The worst mcdonalds. I called the number on the receipt so many times leaving messages and they do not call back. The staff try to get you to pay for nugget sauce but sauce comes with nuggets. When you tell them your order is wrong they say well this the way it was rang up so it must be right. This location need to close. Oh and their notorious for only taking orders in 1 lane and letting the other Lane sit.
I ordered a meal on the app, paid for it through paypal got there at 6:30 am they said they were closed. Then I saw two guys walking out and asked them if they are closed during morning shift Im headed to work and they said they dont know but they are off asked them then pointed towards the inside with like 3 people insinde. Never Again

Went to this Cleveland Ave location during the day today it was busy but we didn’t have to wait long for our order everything was hot fresh. Tasted great. The service was friendly despite the long line. I was really happy with my trip to McDonald’s today.
While I was there eating with my grandchildren one of the cashiers kept goofing around with other employees calling them Spanish cuss words, which my grandchildren then asked about.Not a good place to take small children.
Went around 10. Went through the drive thru and about 5 car’s orders were taken before mine on the right. So I waited a while before my order was taken. Food was hot and good, and the workers were polite.
So yesterday I looked into my Columbus Dispatch newspaper and went through the coupons and discovered one from McDonalds for a free mango pineapple smoothie
