Drive thru person couldn’t understand my order. I said it again nicely. Heard her mutter “Oh my God” and then told me a lie. Asked for a chicken McGriddle on a toasted English muffin. Said they don’t have lettuce at the time. Lies. I went to the McDonalds in Carle Place 20 minutes earlier and they did my order correctly. Never go here. Staff is unfriendly all the time. And they want $25/hour from that stupid antiwork movement? P L E A S E. Don’t get mad when a customer is talking nice to you. If I was rude, I would understand. But I was polite to this lady.
Eating was ok for mcdonald’s, the reason for 1 star is that they were my fear and risked everyone living in the restaurant. I went away after eating and all the doors were closed. at this point, therefore, I will be imprisoned against my will and cause a fire hazard. I told the personal about it and it didn't matter to them. I'm not back to this place soon.
I ordered breakfast through the mobile app for dine in. the food was quickly and pardoned. I got a free hash brown. Maybe it was a mistake. it would have been 5 stars if the tables and chairs were cleaner. some of the chairs had crumbling on them. the table we chose was a tad sticky. that was at 11 o'clock.
Is McDonald's, so the food is the same here and anywhere they are... these five stars is for the staff and how friendly and helpful they are and for the cleanliness of the place. For a fast food restaurant, their restroom are immaculately clean.

we have ordered 2 persons in the car in the app why they do not give the order they say that we have to come into the inner they only give for 1 order on the drive that this is crazy
clean spaces. only that they don't serve burgers during the breakfast hours. you should be able to buy everything you want whenever you want.
They always missing an item. How hard is it to make sure the order is complete and correct?
