Used my last money to order a delivery for my grandchildren as I have been unable to walk Only to find out someone cancelled the order I ordered through the nacdonalds app abd hes telling me to get in touch with uber eats on top of that I get a email saying 5 to 15 day for a refund Oh I guess it's OK for my kids to just not eat Absolutely fuming can't get through to no one on a phone to sort out stressed out not the words kids absolutely disappointed will be even more so when realising there is nothing but beans on toast

We STUPIDLY ordered a meal to be delivered. Not only was the food cold on arrival but they forgot my youngests’ happy meal. So she had to wait while we re ordered another as I couldn’t get to the restaurant to get it sorted (which I’ve had to do before! Then after 40 minutes the WRONG ORDER turns up!!! WTAF McDonald’s!!?? Your staff are incompetent inbreds!! DO NOT GET HOME DELIVERY!!

The worst McDonald’s- waited 30 minutes for a takeaway and when I finally got it the food was cold and half the order was missing! Staff were busy serving delivery drivers and had no interest in the customers waiting I suggest that they get new management immediately

Once again item missing and we went to pick it up this time, always a problem. We used to have it delivered but they deliver to the wrong address time and time again so we stopped that. It will have to be pizza in future.

Worst McDonald’s Ever! Order said ready for collection for about 10 minutes while staff rushed around serving delivery drivers instead of customers in store had to leave but couldn’t get a refund as manager not available
