Ordered two egg cheese McMuffins with FRESH eggs. Waited an age with other customers getting peeved off with Uber Delivery getting priority over others! My meal eventually came, I got two sausage and egg McMuffins. I 'm a vegetarian and this is simply unacceptable! I complained politely and respectfully, and the mistake was rectified, but in the meantime, my hash Brown 's had gone luke-warm. I contacted McDonald 's via my till receipt and got a copy-and-paste type apology and a £10 voucher to use at any McDonalds, but quite frankly, it was a bang average response. I recently received a delivery from Uber Eats that was packed by the staff at McDonald's. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect and missing items. This has happened multiple times before and when I called to address the issue, I was told there was nothing that could be done because the order had already left the store. It would be helpful if the staff could double check orders to avoid these mistakes. I was disappointed by the lack of apology for the errors. This recurring issue makes me question the competence of the staff or the need for additional training for the manager on properly packaging orders.
Food always missing when ordering via just eat, what does arrive is stone cold. Also missing dips. I doubt it’s just eat as whenever food ordered from other places always arrives. Children were looking forward to the Halloween squash mellows but as usual they send a book which is nice but not what they wanted. Called the restaurant and they said if I could go there they would complete the order. I ordered in just eat as too busy to drive there. This is not the first time McDonald’s queens road have utterly failed. Don’t order from there!
I just want to mention the great job Silva and her team did tonight. We had a birthday party with 12 nine-year-olds who had been at an activity first. We hadn't booked a party at McDonald's, but we went in just before and told them. They had all the food ready for us, a table prepared, and were incredibly helpful. We were very pleased with the service.

I ordered a Veggie deluxe meal from Nuneaton Queens Road Restaurant through Uber Eats. Disappointingly, the burger did not contain a veggie patty, only salad and a bun. I will not be ordering from them again. I recommend ordering from local takeaways on Just Eat instead.
The restaurant and staff are all just as you expect from Mc Donalds. The issue is with the door security. A female security guard regularly refuses people . Based on appearance. Its just not expected in 2021. To be refused service. Over just how you look.
Sometimes this McDonald’s can we very slow, one time i had to wait about 25 minutes just to get my food, most of the time the queue isn’t that big, depending on what time you go, but when it is busy I wouldn’t recommend going
I am fooking fuming. You pack my chicken legend with lettuce BUT NO FACKING MAYO . Absollllutely not luv. I am rrrrrraging. Mcflurry was banging though.

I ordered McDonald’s and got a Mc plant as I am vegetarian and opened it to take the gherkins out and found a piece of bacon in it and no gherkins
Waited a long time for our food and when we got it it was stone cold......never again very very poor
