I didn't want to cook tonight plus my daughters and their friends who came over to spend time on a Friday evening wanted to have aa McDonald's meal.I wanted to order online but thought is a little too much and decided to just drive myself as I live very close...I went to the drive thru to be quicker and placed my order (I'll post the bill) ... instead of 9 chicken nuggets for one of my daughter friend they only put 6... and instead of large fries for the same girl they gave medium size...I ordered 4 medium fries and 1 large but never gave me the large one....but I paid for the large one, obviously..maybe is not too much but I don't like this...this is really disappointing and is not the only...
Tbh I should know better than go back to this McDonalds. The two previous occasions I was served food that was inedible and it ended up in the bin. I complained to McDonald’s via online more so that hopefully they would sort this place out. However I returned tonight at approx 0300 hrs, after my night shift, purchased a quarter pounder cheese meal. Chips were cold, the burger was disgusting. One burger was oily the other was dry and burnt. It was actually crunchy when I bit into it. All in the bin. There’s no quality control at this site. It’s no where near the standard of a McDonald’s Restaurant. Disgusting food. I will not return.
Ordered 3 meals and double checked before I paid (fell for that before!l Checked the food at collection point (also fallen for that too) Problem.... there's no syrupfor the pancakes Excuse me love theres no syrup Oh don't worry itsinwith the pancakes Anyway new lesson learned today, dontbeliege a work the staff say to you. Apologies I interrupted your morning natter with work colleagues, that is my mistake sorry for contributing to your wages I suppose
Absolute shambles as usual. Ordered through Uber eats. Order was given to a driver who wasn’t mine so he cancelled and then we were given another driver. Food arrived hour later and surprise surprise I’m missing the main part of the meal, the burger. What an absolute joke. They should all be sacked because they’re useless idiots. The same thing every time. How about do your job and pack a delivery properly. Silly people

I got a delivery, 3 out of four items were wrong , i ordered a milkshake i got a fruit-shoot, ordered caramel mcflury go smartie and caramel, burger was cold and soggy, how do they expect you to pay for this, they never have milkshake available it's known by everyone.Worse mcdonalds ever they need to copy ormskirk who are so much better, never again will i buy from them
Utterly useless. The ordering machines strangely crash just after taking payment and refuse to give an order number or receipt. Would have complained on the spot if I could find a grown up or human being to talk to. Sadly there aren't any in this place. Have contacted my bank about a refund and will never go there again.
Got to be the worst maccies out them all staff are very incompetent orders are never right always missing something they must be twinned with the rice lane one as well there both as bad as each terrible service and will never be back there again only ended up going there because one on east lancs is closed
Absolute awful asked for plain chicken burger meal, got home to a label on box to say plain no everything on it. Also asked big mc meal only 1 bag of fries which both meals were cold and disgusting Try ringing didn't get through, waste of money and time, I will go elsewhere in future !!!!

Worst McDonald ever wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Stay clear of it. When my daughter and her friend go for something to eat and pay for it this entitles them to sit down and eat there meals not told to leave when there sitting quiet mi ding there own business.
