Mcgillicuddy's On The Green

Wasn't impressed. But have been told by others they like it. Could of been just that day, but waited such a long time for a waitress, when order finally came out close to an hour the fries ice cold, I took a bite of the Ruben, and thought they used a weird type of dressing or possibly meat bad? I could only eat a half, two others were sitting wide eyed as they chewed.... hmm the other person was just fine. Noone to check on us. When we left, 3 out of 4 thought the food had a bad taste! I am the only one that ended up sick the next day. I get it if you have staffing issues or possibly new cook maybe, but this was bad.

eating was ok and too expensive. the service is sucked. our waitress had a serious attitude then disappeared as soon as the food finally came out. the fried chicken was like a processed chicken patty from a microwave or high school kitchen. use fried pickel to be pickel chips that were very good. now changed to long greasy fried pickle strips that were terrible. when we finished eating, we waited at least 25 minutes to get bill. asked several waiters to find our waitress, but never happened. everything was certainly reflected in their tipp. I'm sure she needs another career.

Food is good but service sucks. I have ordered food on several occasions. Its is common for food not to be ready at time of pick up, staff to stand around or ignore you when you arrive at pickup station and this last time despite having the email showing I ordered they said they didn’t have an order for me or to even see the email. Then no apology only thing said is “ If you want to wait we will fix the order for you”. Then they turned away from me and turned to the next customer. No thanks, I ordered ahead because I have someplace to be, thank you very much.

our first visit was on Saturday 19th February 2022. we went to the Colchester facility, the atmosphere was great, the facility was clean and clean and our server was absolutely perfect (jessica a the pulpits were very good as the burgers and wings. we also ordered the beyond burger and my spouse said it was great. we would eat there in the near future? $100?h?????????????????????? The Food was great but the service was horrible. Didn’t take long to get seated but we waited 10-15 minutes before the waitress showed up and we put our drinks and food orders in, which we didn't wait long to get. We only saw the waitress a total of three times and we waited 25 minutes after we were done eating to get the bill. No tip was given and we won’t be returning, it wasn’t even busy

zero stars. Don't come here. the personal is crazy- there were many open tables and when I asked if they had a table for 4 the hostess nastily said they were all “going to a break” and no one in the position to look into them until the 15 minutes pause was over - no excuses or explanation. as a native I will not be back in definitiv.

Only giving one star because I have to. We were seated quickly, but no one came to take our drink order let alone a food order. We waited over 20 minutes while 4 different servers catered to the table across from us, so staffing does not appear to be an issue. After waiting for another 10 minutes we just left. Very disappointing

eating is usually quite good, service is nice, depending on the daytime. it's a family go-to-restaurant if we're all indecision. quality can vary, however. Reserva una mesa ahora

Had a very pleasant experience. The whole staff assisted. Great team work. Euphoric environment. The Blackened haddock was delicious! Definitely recommend!

Good food and beer selection. We were there after lunch time, so service was a little bit slow... but not bad.
