Mckenna's Place Nsb

First place to Eat out in New Smyrna Beach, was McKenna's Place, Susan was our excellent wait person. I went with a Guinness to start, was a wee bit parched, next alas no Ginger beer but Ginger ale did well enough. I selected the Chili Gouda Cheese Nachos, the Cousin rolled with the Shrimp Mediterranean Salad, his wife had Ten Wings. It was a great meal. I look forward to many more there.

The swirl soup, a mixture of conch and clam chowder, didn?t have a swirl but was unique and delicious. Fried fish was cooked perfectly. And the potato pancakes were also unique and excellent. Everyone enjoyed their meals, prices were reasonable, and service was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable.

What a pleasure! The best customer service that I have experienced since being in this area. I was acknowledge immediately, and greeted warmly. The great service continued throughout the meal. The food was excellent. Only wish I had more time here to go back again.

Celebrated my sons 21st birthday here. They were great. Friendly and accommodating. They sang happy birthday and brought out a cake with candles i brought. They made it special.

We had the lobster roll they were very good. The beer wasn't as cold as it should have been, but that's a simple fix. I only do 4 stars unless you knock my socks off.
