If I could give the service 5 stars, the front personnel would be great. I hate to leave negative reviews. I work at the food service. I was there last Thursday and I got very sick, maybe like 8 hours later, it's technically Sunday morning and my stomach doesn't feel brilliant yet. It wasn't just me, there was another person from our party who also got sick. I don't want anyone else to get sick. I usually love mcmenamins and maybe it was one because I don't see any other reviews like this, but only in case, maybe another food safety training for those who treat food.

This is an interesting place to eat, for the simple reason that burgers are not just burgers. They have unique twists to most every burger and a delight to be had. The allow for special options such as gluten free and things along that line. I have a special diet and the waitress was more than accommodating.

Lately, it seems they're understated. Tonight we waited for placement and even my children got the impression that we didn't want to. Maybe because the waitress at the bar rolled her eyes. We just stood there calmly. Quite annoying as this was our regular visit to eat place.

It took us 10 minutes to get seated. Then once we got seated it took another 50 minutes to get a Burnt dried hamburger and a turkey sandwich. They forgot my soup and the tator tots were ice cold. Will never go back to this place.

I guess it was busy. It didn't seem like it. The gal said she'd be with me soon. After about 5-10 min she asked a server if he would go get my order. My tots were just warm... not hot like right out of the cooker.Food: 5/5

Very thin and dark. Could use a little love and attention. The food tastes good. I had the tuna sandwich with Fritten and my husband had the slides and beer. It was all right. But no music and not very welcoming.

They have Scooby Snacks! Not all locations have the mini corn-dogs and to say that the love of my life was excited to see that on the menu is an understatement.Food: 5/5
