A great experience for Placentia. Meat up BBQ is my new favorite North OC BBQ restaurant hands down. Everything was delicious. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of food they have. The location is cozy with a beautiful southwest ambience. Parking is a lot, and it is easy to reach. Hats of the people who work there. They were all very friendly, especially for our first hours. The beans, mac n cheese, pulled pig, chicken, tri-tip and ribs were highly rated by our party. After a week of looking at the photos of Meat Up’s delicious fries, I finally made it. They did not disappoint! I had the Mac Attack fries and include their seasoned fries, chili, Mac and cheese AND pulled pork on them. Every part of this was tasty and could stand on its own but together, AWESOME!! Also, the folks there are so kind from the hello when you walk through the door to the to go box offered before we could even ask for it. I love this place!

This restaurant is consistently great. I especially enjoy their smoked meats and unique dishes. The beer selection offers a variety of options from local breweries.

I'll give you 3 G's. Great place Great staff Great food I had the Cuban w/season fries. Really good sandwich.
