We waited for more than 45 minutes just to place our main course order. Eventually, we decided to leave after having just the starters and duck. To add to our frustration, we received a bill for £77, which we pointed out was incorrect. We noticed that takeout customers were receiving free drinks, but when we raised this issue, we were offered nothing in return. Overall, the service was nonexistent, especially considering the prices being charged. I would highly recommend avoiding this place altogether. If you want to dine here, it's probably better to order takeout instead (and hope for some free drinks).

I wrote a review about eating in their restaurant a while ago. This is about their delivery service. We have had so many deliveries over the past years and as you can see it looks delicious and excellent portions. They have never got our order wrong and it has always arrived hot. They give you an approximate delivery time and they have never been late. Anything battered still arrives perfectly crispy and not too greasy. The ribs are tender and with a great sauce. Mei Xin Hins is in our opinion still the best Chinese food we have ever had. That is why we avoid disappointment trying anywhere else!

We'd used these for a long time and wanted a valentines Day takeaway. Unfortunately they completely missed out our rice, and when we called them did not offer to send any out (even at cost) or even apologise. Real shame as the food here is always delicious, but we won't be ordering again after this and will definitely recommend others don't either.

We had a really enjoyable meal with family recently. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food was lovely. It was a fixed price buffet at £19.95 per person so worked out feeling relatively expensive. However, the food was lovely and we could have ordered more, had we wanted to. Thank you. We enjoy dining at this restaurant. Tonight was a birthday celebration, so the birthday boy received a free meal! The food is always amazing and the service is very good and friendly. I have tried other places, but I always come back here. I would definitely recommend it.

Sadly prices for takeout have doubled which is what you would expect from the aftermath of the pandemic, however the portion sizes have also now halved. Sadly will have to buy elsewhere now even though I’ve been coming here for over 10 years :’ Chinese is good though!

Amazing time. All you can eat buffet is simply the best I've been to. Cannot recommend this place enough. Staff were friendly and attentive. Id recommend going for the smoked crispy shredded chicken, top dish I'd say
