mei’s kitchen is a nice Chinese takeaway/delivery. the majority of the time that the food was great and seemed to be even better lately, not sure if there was something changed, but the chicken curry now tastes better than before. sometimes the delivery times can be hit very and miss with the longest waiting time of 2 hours, but there was on order at the time that the time would be long. I find the online order to be simple and efficient and offers the opportunity to pay by card that is my preferred payment method.
I'll never order from meis kitchen again!!! We sat down to enjoy a nice Chinese half way through my son found a maggot wriggling about in his rice! Yes the manager refunded us the money back but honestly a live maggot!!! The manager said it must of came from the veg .. the food had been cooked so surely a cooked maggot is a dead maggot!!! This was very much alive !! We always enjoyed a Chinese after this it will be a while before we have another and I'll never order from meis kitchen again.
Mei’s kitchen makes the best Chinese everywhere. that doesn't mean others aren't nice. but mei is simply superior, the taste is incredible! we have offered a lot of culprits and all were victorious. personal favorite is the crushed crispy huh it is amazing. I have a criticism of Mei’s kitchen, it tastes damn good and we had 3 of them in less than 2 weeks. we are very rare in the order so that the problem is; we have found our Chinese takeaway, there is an attempt, they will not regret it.
Had a takeaway last evening was told it would be an hour which suited us but it arrived in 10 minutes. I ordered CRISPY shredded beef but it was so chewy and tough I couldn’t eat it. The lemon chicken was even worse, the pieces were so large that they were in a congeled lump. We’ve ordered from here many times but recently the food has been disappointing Won’t be using them again Lyn from Biggleswade

I have been here a few times the food is nice but i was put off goin there again because wen i was waiting for my order i over heard one of the staff bein really horrible you could say bullying a young member of staff and it put me off goin back there but the food was nice but they loose points for bein un professional bad staff treatment
used mei’s kitchen for the first time tonight, many customers order and now I know why, eating was fantastic and good value, can honestly say that this is the best Chinese takeaway we have ever had, will be definitiw back, also like the fact that they have a website
This place used to be great but has gone totally downhill. Terrible customer service and very disappointing food now unfortunately. Scary to read some of the other reviews also……
I think they are the best in Biggleswade. They take card payment for a start! Get the Singapore chow mein, it’s the best around. Friendly as well. Go here.
