excellent cuisine and a very good service we were invited to a business dinner and must say it was all very good. especially the mix of regional and modern kitchen with a hauch molecular kitchen has done us a lot. we ordered a total of 4 courses and there was something extra for it when there were several dives with homemade butter varieties such as rolled speckle and beard butter plus there were two kinds of home baked brot after that there was a small appetizer from the house then we fried zander and jakobsmuschel with dill with green beans at smoked. as suppe there was lush of cocos milk, cashmere curry and pfirsich with grilled watermelone and hun teriyaki, that was also very good. as the main course there were rincontaining stroganoff new with spreewald cucumbers, cream potatoes the rostz onions were made as gels and they red beet was once as cube and as gel and the créme fraîche there were as small frozen chicks and that dessert the service has prepared live with nitrogen on the table. all in all I can only recommend the restaurant because eating again makes fun .lg M.M.
