Mela - Reserva de mesa

Booked a table here and whilst the place wasn’t busy we were kept waiting 10 minutes and once seated it was another 20 minutes before we were asked if we wanted drinks and papadums. Then the drinks did come. People who say later were served before us. An hour after sitting down we got our food but they got the order wrong. We raised it with them and they said they would bring the right meal. We said it was fine as we didn’t want the extra food. 5 minutes later they brought the right meal and took the meal away that was being eaten whilst we were eating it ! Food was good but service haphazard. Wine was a rediculous price for the quality very poor and lukewarm) . To be charged £5.70 for a small glass of this mediocre wine was an absolute insult). Unfortunately I ordered 2 before I knew the price. I will happily order food as a takeaway but will never dine in again ! Lush food! Service was amazing, lovely host who took care to check we were ok, we loved the curries. Will definitely be going back.
